The Compass is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac.

Shows the icons of all special rooms on the map, excluding secret rooms.

Reveals if Greed / Super Greed has replaced the shop or a secret room by displaying a mini-boss icon instead of the normal one.

Its effects appear as an icon next to the map.
