Broken Watch item
Broken Watch is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
In every 4th newly discovered room, enemies and their attacks are slowed down, but has a ~13% chance to speed them up by 40% instead.
The effect is lost upon leaving the room, and not gained back by re-entering it.
