Teleport 2.0 is an active item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth DLC.

Teleports Isaac to an unexplored room.

Prioritizes normal rooms over special rooms. Common special rooms have priority over rarer ones.

When used inside an uncleared room, it will simply reset the room.

The order of rooms that his item will teleport Isaac to is as follows:
• Grave Room (only in the Dark Room).
• Mirror/Minecart Room on Downpour/Mines II.
• Normal rooms.
• Red rooms.
• Boss Room.
• Super Secret Room.
• Shop.
• Treasure Room.
• Planetarium.
• Sacrifice Room.
• Dice Room.
• Library.
• Curse Room.
• Mini-Boss Room.
• Challenge Room.
• Bedroom.
• Arcade.
• Vault.
• Secret Room.
• Devil/Angel Room.
• Ultra Secret Room (Mirrored World only).
• I AM ERROR room (not in Chest, Dark Room or The Void, instead will teleport to the Devil/Angel Room.).
