Mucormycosis is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

Grants a 25% chance to shoot a spore tear that sticks to enemies and explodes after 2.5 seconds.

The explosion deals 5 damage and poisons nearby enemies, firing 4 more spores in a cross pattern.

The poison deals Isaac's amount of damage for a total of 6 times.

Spores produced from Isaac's tears have homing properties.

Spores cannot hurt Isaac.
