Mom's Shovel item
Mom's Shovel is an active item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.
Description
Spawns a trapdoor that leads to the next floor.
If used on a tile with a special graphic (e.g. grass, piece of garbage, etc), it will instead spawn a Crawl Space once per floor.
If used in Womb II, the trapdoor will always lead to Sheol.
Can only spawn a Crawl Space trapdoor if used in any floor after Womb. Regular trapdoors won't be spawned in these floors.
Using it on a dirt patch that appears in Grave Rooms in the Dark Room will unlock The Forgotten. If already unlocked, will spawn a random chest instead.

• Creates a trapdoor to the next floor or to a crawl space
• Can dig up certain mysterious dirt patches
• Abyss: x1 locust 2x Isaac's damage
• Book of Virtues: x1 middle wisp - 10 hp - doesn't shoot
• Book of Virtues: x1 middle wisp - 2 hp - 3 damage
• Book of Virtues: Tears have a chance to make Mom stomp on their target
