Fortune Cookie item
Fortune Cookie is an active item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Gives one of the following:
• Random fortune (69.5% chance).
• Soul Heart (15% chance).
• Card or Rune (12% chance).
• Random trinket (3.5% chance).

Fortune Cookie
• Chance to drop a soul heart, card, rune, or trinket
• Displays a random fortune if no item drops
• Abyss: x1 locust 1x Isaac's damage
• Book of Virtues: x1 middle wisp - 1 hp - 2 damage
• Book of Virtues: +.2 luck for each Fortune Cookie wisp
