XVII - The Stars is a consumable in The Binding of Isaac.

Teleports Isaac to the Treasure Room, or the Planetarium, if one has spawned.

Acts as a random teleport if no Treasure Room is available on the floor.

If multiple Treasure Rooms are present, teleports to a random one.
