Ace of Spades consumable
Ace of Spades is an unlockable consumable in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.
Description
Turns all pickups, chests, and non-boss enemies in the room into random keys.

How to unlock?
Defeat The Lamb without taking hearts, coins, or bombs through the entire run.
