III - The Empress? is an unlockable consumable in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
+2 full Red Heart containers.
+1.5 fire rate.
Effects last for 60 seconds.
If losing the heart containers gained from the card would result in killing Isaac, he will get left with only 1 heart instead.
