XVII - The Stars? consumable
XVII - The Stars? is an unlockable consumable in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Spawns 2 random items from the current room's item pool in exchange for Isaac's oldest passive item.
Starting items are ignored and cannot be removed.
Note

Defeat Ultra Greedier as Tainted Isaac.
