Swallowed Penny trinket
Swallowed Penny is an unlockable trinket in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns 1 coin of any type after taking damage.
If held by Keeper or Tainted Keeper, spawns 0-1 coins instead.
Can be found by destroying urns, buckets, and special shopkeepers.
Note
