Blessed Penny trinket
Blessed Penny is an unlockable trinket in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Grants a chance to drop a 
Half Soul Heart when collecting coins.
The chance is based on the coin's worth:
• 
Penny: 17% chance.
• 
Double Penny: 30% chance.
• 
Nickel: 60% chance.
• 
Dime: 83% chance.
Note
