Azazel's Stump trinket
Azazel's Stump is an unlockable trinket in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Clearing a room has a 33% chance to visually turn Isaac into 
Azazel, giving him a short-range Brimstone beam, the ability to fly, and x1.5 damage multiplier.
The effects last until clearing and leaving another room.

Defeat Mother as Tainted Azazel.

• On room clear, 33% chance to transform into Azazel until the end of the next room
• Golden Trinket (without Mom's Box): On room clear, 50% chance to transform into Azazel until the end of the next room
• Mom's Box: On room clear, 50% chance to transform into Azazel until the end of the next room
• Mom's Box + Golden Trinket: On room clear, 100% chance to transform into Azazel until the end of the next room
