Ace of Spades is a trinket in The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a 10% chance of replacing the room clear reward with a card.

Chests, Tinted Rocks, Slot Machines and Fortune Telling Machines gain a 33% chance of adding a card/rune to their rewards.
