• 10% - item from the Red Chest item pool
• 7.5% - 1 Soul Heart
• 7.5% - 2 Soul Hearts
• 7% - 3 Blue Flies
• 7% - 3 Blue Spiders
• 5% - teleport to the Devil/Angel Room (0% chance if opened inside a Devil/Angel Room)
