Haunted Chest pickup
Haunted Chest is an unlockable pickup in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
When approached, a Polty ghost comes out of the chest and throws it at Isaac, after which it opens. The chest deals half a heart of damage if touched before being open, and when thrown.
If Isaac leaves the room while the ghost is carrying it, it will disappear.
Has the contents of a regular Chest.

How to unlock?
Defeat Mega Satan as Tainted Lost.
