Old Chest is a pickup in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Requires a key to open.
Possible drops
• 43% - 1-3 soul hearts
• 42% - 3 trinkets
• 10% - item from the Old Chest item pool
• 5% - item from the Angel Room item pool
