Grants bombs a poison effect, making them leave behind a lingering green poison cloud after exploding.

The poison cloud deals 5 damage per tick (15 per second).

Makes Isaac immune to poison effects such as gas clouds from destroying Mushrooms or Sick Boom Flies.

Can drop from the Super Sloth mini-boss.
