Tough Love is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Adds a chance to shoot a tooth instead of a tear, that deals 3.2x Isaac's damage.
The chance for a tooth shot starts at 10% with 0 luck, and maximizes at 100% with 9 luck.
