Rotten Baby is a familiar in The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and spawns friendly Blue Flies when in a room with enemies and holding down a fire button.

The familiar can spawn only one Blue Fly at a time. No additional Blue Flies will be spawned until the first one is killed (minimum delay of 1.36 seconds).

Can drop from destroying polyps in Corpse.
