Mysterious Liquid is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac.

Isaac's tears create a small, short-lasting pool of green creep upon hitting an enemy or falling to the ground.

The creep deals 1 damage per tick to enemies, and can deal a total of 25 damage before disappearing.
