Curse of the Tower item
Curse of the Tower is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth DLC.
Description
Spawns 6 Troll Bombs around the center of the room upon taking damage.
The bombs inherit Isaac's bomb synergies.
The effect will not trigger when taking damage from bombs, and self-sacrifice mechanisms, such as 
Devil Beggars and 
Blood Donation Machines.
