Pay To Play is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth DLC.
Description
+5 coins.
Most rooms and objects that require a key to open will now require a penny instead.
Affects Shops, Treasure Rooms, Libraries, Locked Chests and Key Blocks.
