Farting Baby is an unlockable familiar in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth DLC.

Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and blocks enemy projectiles. Has a 10% chance to fart upon blocking a projectile.

There are 3 possible fart effects:
• Charms nearby enemies.
• Poisons nearby enemies, dealing 5 initial damage, and 3.5 per tick of poison.
• Knocks back nearby enemies and projectiles, dealing 6 initial damage, while the deflected tears deal 7 damage.

This item contributes towards the Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
