Head of the Keeper item
Head of the Keeper is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth DLC.
Description
Turns Isaac's tears into coins that have a 5% chance to drop a 
Penny when hitting an enemy.
Can spawn by blowing up shopkeepers.
