Apple! is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.
Description
+0.3 tears.
Adds a chance to fire razor blades that deal 4x Isaac's damage.
The chance scales with luck, using the formula: 1 / (15 - LuckStat), starting at 6.66% with 0 luck, going up to 100% at 14 luck.
