Sinus Infection is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.

Grants a 20% chance to fire a booger tear that sticks to enemies and deals damage over time.

Damage is equal to Isaac's damage stat and is dealt once per second.

Boogers last for 10 seconds before disappearing.

Boogers don't inherit Isaac's tear effects, despite them changing appearance.

Boogers will pierce through bombs and fire places.

Multiple boogers can stick to the same enemy, resulting in stackable damage.

If an enemy dies, jumps or teleports while having a booger attached to them, the booger will slowly fall to the ground and can stick to another enemy before disappearing.

The chance to fire booger tears is not affected by luck.
