Greed's Gullet item
Greed's Gullet is an unlockable passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.
Description
+1 empty Red Heart container for every 25 coins Isaac has.
Heart containers are removed if the number of coins reduces below the required amount.
Will grant a total of 4 extra heart containers at 99 coins.
If used by a character that cannot obtain Red Heart Containers, it will instead grant Soul Hearts.
Can kill Isaac if the extra containers are wasted, and the money required for them is spent.
Can exceed the maximum Coin Heart limit of Keeper and Tainted Keeper.
When combined with Deep Pockets and exceeding 100 coins, an extra heart container is given for every 100 coins instead of 25.
