Dr. Fetus item
Dr. Fetus is an unlockable passive item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
×0.4 fire rate multiplier.
Replaces Isaac's tears with bombs that explode after approximately 1 second after being fired.
Each bomb deals 10 times Isaac's damage. If this would lead to more than 60 damage, then the bombs instead deal 5 × DamageStat + 30.
Bombs' size depends on tear size modifiers.
Bombs deal no knockback to each other.
