Knockout Drops is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

Grants a luck-based chance to shoot red fist-shaped tears that deal huge knockback to enemies and confuse them for 2 seconds.

Enemies take 8 + 2 × CurrentFloor damage if they are knocked into a wall or an obstacle, or when hit by another knocked back enemy.

The chance to fire first tears scales with luck, starting at 10% with 0 luck, going up to 100% with 9 luck.
