R Key item
R Key is an active item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Restarts the run by returning Isaac to the beginning of Chapter 1, but without removing any items, pickups or consumables he has.
Angel Rooms become available again if a Devil Deal was previously taken.
The Donation Machine becomes unjammed if it was previously used or blown up.
Item and pill pools are not reset.
The in-game timer is not reset, meaning Boss Rush and Blue Womb requirements will not be reset either.
