Book of Revelations item
Book of Revelations is an unlockable active item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
While held +17.5% devil/angel chance.
On use +1 Soul Heart.
Guarantees a Harbinger boss to replace the current floor's boss, if possible.
Only 1 Harbinger can spawn per chapter:
• Famine in Chapter 1.
• Pestilence in Chapter 2.
• War in Chapter 3.
• Death or Conquest (if unlocked) in Chapter 4.
• The Headless Horseman on any floor.
Does not affect bosses in alt path and final bosses.
