Monstro's Tooth item
Monstro's Tooth is an unlockable active item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns a friendly Monstro that jumps onto a random enemy and deals 120 damage, while destroying nearby obstacles.
Can also damage Isaac and will target him if used in a room with no enemies.
