Chewed Pen trinket
Chewed Pen is a trinket in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Adds a luck-based chance to fire a shot that slows down enemies.
The chance to fire a slowing shot scales with luck using the formula 1 / (10 - (LuckStat / 2)), starting at 10% with 0 luck, and going up to 100% with 18 luck.
