Mother's Kiss is an unlockable trinket in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

+1 Heart Container (will be filled the first time the trinket is picked up).

The trinket will be destroyed if the heart container given by it is the last one, and it is traded/consumed.

Isaac will instantly die if he drops the trinket when the only heart container he has is the one given by it.

The extra container can exceed the maximum coin heart limit of Keeper and Tainted Keeper.
