Cursed Penny trinket
Cursed Penny is an unlockable trinket in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Teleports Isaac to a random room upon picking up a coin.
Can teleport to any room except an undiscovered Ultra Secret Room.
The teleportation effect can be removed with Black Candle.

Defeat Mother as Tainted Keeper.
