Burnt Penny is an unlockable trinket in The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a chance to drop a bomb when collecting coins.

The chance is based on the coin's worth:
• Penny: 25% chance.
• Double Penny: 43.75% chance.
• Nickel: 76.27% chance.
• Dime: 94.37% chance.

Bombs can be of any type.

Can be dropped from TNT barrels and Special Shopkeepers.
