Meconium trinket
Meconium is an unlockable trinket in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.
Description
Adds a chance for any poop to turn into Black Poop.
Adds a chance for Black Poops to drop a 
Black Heart when destroyed.
