Oh Crap is a transformation in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth DLC.

Obtained by acquiring any 3 items with the poop tag.

Causes Isaac to heal half of a red heart each time a poop pile is destroyed.

Has a 6.66% chance to activate The Poop every time the timer hits 00.
