Killing enemies with Vengeance Mark grants Isaac +3 Vengeance Tattoo
When Isaac gets hit, the attacker gains Vengeance Mark

On useSpawn a crosshair that Isaac can move, after a few seconds, Isaac will leap to where the crosshair is placed.

This attack deals 2% more damage for every Black Heart Isaac has and deal 1% more damage for every percentage of missing Health
If Isaac has less than 15 Vengeance Tattoo, Isaac will land on the crosshair and deal AoE damage equal to DamageStat * 5.4 and inflict Burn and Confusion for (Vengeance Tattoos * 0.33) seconds.

If Isaac has 15 Vengeance Tattoo, Isaac will land on the crosshair and deal massive AoE damage equal to DamageStat * 9 and inflict Burn, Bleed and Confusion for (Vengeance Tattoos * 0.5) seconds.

After attack: remove all Vengeance Tattoo
