Hemorrhagic Shock is an active item in Isaac's Limbus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

These effects are active until next floor:
• Isaac leaves red creep when he walks.
• Enemies that take damage near the creep are inflicted with Bleed
• Bleeding enemies that are hit take 20 fixed damage. ( once per enemy).
