What is Cast item
What is Cast is an unlockable active item in Isaac's Limbus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Isaac throws an ice axe forward, dealing damage in a straight line.
Enemies hit by the axe gain Bleed.
Deals more damage to bosses.
After a short time, the axe falls to the ground. Picking it up allows Isaac to throw it again.
How to unlock?
Defeat Delirium as 
Rodion.
