O - The Fool? is an enchantment in Joseph, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
While Enchanted
Isaac drops 3-5 random pickups from his inventory (coins, bombs, or keys) upon taking damage.
Dropped pickups can be converted to other types of pickups which often results in a net positive. E.g. a coin can turn into a dime.
40% chance for Coins and bombs to be dropped as A Quarter or Boom! if possible.
5% chance to disenchant as 
Joseph.
