Severed Head Pickup pickup
Severed Head Pickup is an unlockable pickup in Kicks and Giggles, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Has a chance to spawn upon killing a boss with a distinct head.
Can also be obtained via Shuko's Bonesaw.
This pickup is the only currency accepted by 
Pocketcat Daan, other than Shuko's Severed Head.
Rots if not picked up quickly enough.
How to unlock?
Complete the Nothing but Skills challenge.
