Divine Heart is a passive item in Lazy MattPack, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Does not appear in any item pools unless the "ItemPool Config" setting is changed to "All Items".

Obtained by holding the drop button while holding an Eternal Heart in the same room as Sacred Heart.

x1.5 damage multiplier.
x0.66 fire rate multiplier.
x0.5 shot speed multiplier.

Grants flight, piercing, and spectral tears.

Tears leave a faint trail along the path they have traveled. Once a tear hits the ground or is destroyed, a damaging beam of light will spawn along its trail that deals 25% of Isaac's damage each tick.

This item contributes towards the Seraphim transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +3 Soul Hearts.
