Kitchen Knife is an active item in Lazy MattPack, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

The item can only be charged by picking up Black Hearts. Each Half Black Heart increases the charge by 1 and gets consumed by the item rather than going into Isaac's health bar.

While held and not fully charged All types of Red Heart pickups have a 33% chance of being replaced with their Black Heart equivalents.

All types of Soul Heart pickups have a 50% chance of being replaced with their Black Heart equivalents.

Enemies have a 20% chance to spawn a Half Black Heart on death.

On useIsaac stabs a knife into the ground, shooting a fountain of light into the sky.

This fountain will last for ~7.5 seconds, inverting halfway through and doubling the strength of its effects.

While the fountain is active 60 times per second, all enemies in the room are damaged for a small amount scaling with the floor Isaac is on: 0.5 × ((FloorNumber + 1) / 2).

All enemies and projectiles are repelled from Isaac.

Rocks around Isaac will break in a growing radius.

When inverted, repulsion force and damage to enemies is doubled.
