Coloring Book item
Coloring Book is an active item in Library Expanded, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Turns all enemies in the room into champions.
Even enemies that cannot normally spawn as champions will be turned into one, including bosses which will gain normal enemy champion variants.
