Dark Matter pickup

Dark Matter is an unlockable pickup in Lost and Forgotten, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Description

Cycles between forms of a key, bomb, coin, and heart.

When Isaac touches it dark matter turns into a random variant of its corresponding form.

How to unlock?

Defeat Mega Satan as Tainted Joseph.
