White Dwarf trinket
White Dwarf is a trinket in Lost and Forgotten, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
In Every room there's a 7% chance for each enemy to have an item wisp orbiting it.
There can be up to 3 wisps created this way.
After the enemy is killed the wisp disappears.
