Flea of Malware trinket
Flea of Malware is a trinket in Malware & Spam, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Upon entering an uncleared room, spawns a light blue Skuzz that deals 3x Isaac's damage and causes enemies and enemy projectiles to freeze at random intervals, then dies.
Replaces Locust of Malware when Fiend Folio is installed.
